About WDMC

Built by operators. For operators.

A Toronto-based workforce services firm with five independent streams. We serve Canadian employers, training providers, and consortia.

Trusted by Canadian Employers
We don't sell solutions. We solve workforce problems — strategy, training, management, back-office, and funding — for Canadian employers who'd rather build their business than build an internal HR machine. — Muhammad Ashar, Principal
Who We Are

A focused workforce services firm.

01

Independent streams, integrated benefits

Each of our five streams runs as an independent practice with its own leadership, methodology, and deliverables. Clients buy what they need — one stream, several, or all five. Most engagements start with one and grow.

02

Verten Academy as our training arm

Our training is delivered through Verten Academy, our own training brand. The two firms operate together as one organization with two market faces — WDMC for the B2B services relationship, Verten Academy for the learner-facing platform.

03

Built for every employer size

Our streams scale up and down. A 50-person home services company and a 5,000-employee aerospace operator both need the same five capabilities — at very different depths.

04

Twelve industries deep

From facility management and construction to healthcare and finance. Workforce challenges aren't industry-specific, and neither are we — but the regulatory and operational nuances of each sector live in our delivery.

Operator Perspective

We've sat in your seat.

WDMC sits inside a multi-entity group with active operations across workforce-intensive sectors. That context shapes how we advise and how we deliver.

Our principals operate licensed security agencies, facilities services companies, training providers, aviation training organizations, and trade businesses. We've sat across the table from the hiring, training, and compliance pressures our clients face.

We've felt the cash-flow consequences of poorly drawn-down funding. We've defended audits. We've stacked grants under deadline pressure with real payroll waiting on the other side.

That operator perspective is the difference between an advisor who quotes the manual and one who understands what the workforce decisions have to actually do once they land.
